One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, address, or IP address. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and any bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

KYC Verification Process

09b reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. This may require one or more of the following documents:

• National ID Card (NID) or Passport
• Mobile banking account statement
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours.

Account Security

3 Betting Rules & Odds Policy

Please familiarize yourself with these rules before placing any bets on 09b. In the event of any betting dispute, 09b's decision shall be considered final.

Bet Validity

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless 09b cancels it under exceptional circumstances.
• 09b reserves the right to void any bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳10 BDT. Maximum bet limits vary by match and market.

Match Cancellation or Postponement

If a match does not start within the scheduled time or is abandoned midway, all related bets will be voided and stakes refunded. However, if the match result has already been determined, that result will stand.

Live Betting

In Live Betting, odds can change at any moment. Always confirm the odds before placing your bet. 09b is not responsible for bets that fail to submit due to a connection issue.

4 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Transactions on 09b are simple and secure. The following terms apply to all financial transactions.

Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT.
• Deposits can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.
• Deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Standard requests are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals may be held pending until KYC verification is completed.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold pending investigation in cases of suspicious activity.

Currency

All transactions on 09b are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Foreign currency transactions are not accepted.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

09b regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own specific terms, but the general rules below apply to all bonuses.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus Expiry

• Most bonuses are valid for 7 to 30 days.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• The validity period begins on the date the bonus is credited.

Free Bet

• Winnings from free bets can be withdrawn normally.
• Free bets cannot be transferred to another account.
• Free bet odds must generally be at least 1.5 or higher.

6 Responsible Gaming

09b believes betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

• You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and betting limits at any time.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

• Bonus abuse or system exploitation.

Final Decision

09b's decisions on betting outcomes and bet validity are considered final. However, if an error in a financial transaction is proven, a full correction will be made.

10 Right to Amend Terms
